歩行者用＆自転車用信号機 lights for pedestrians & bicycles

氏が言うには、
ドイツでは、歩行者用の信号のほかに、自転車のマークの信号もあり、赤は上二段、青は下一段でした。とのこと。
黄色で点滅しているのもあり、これは日本での黄色点滅信号（周囲に注意しながらだったら減速しないで通行可）かな？と思いました。
フランスでは赤がないのに、イギリスでは1個、ドイツでは2個。それぞれびみょうに対抗してるのか？
These photos were taken by HHZ, who also provided photos of lights in France.
She told me,
In Germany there were traffic lights for bicycles. They had three lights, the upper two were red and the lower was green.
There were also lights with flashing amber lights. I guess they mean 'go with caution' as in Japan.
In France there are no red lights, in UK there is one red light, and in German there are two lights.
Do they try to differentiate from each other?
